Currently we are looking for a Title Clerk Administrator to join our team.Pay Scale: $16.00-18.00 depending on experience.Responsibilities:
- Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
- Verify all documents are signed and completed properly
- Maintain a high level of guest confidentiality
- Process paperwork on a timely basis
- Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV)
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Process pay offs of trade vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service level
Requirements:
- Automotive Accounting or CDK experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CVR experience preferred
- Previous title experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Self-motivated, goal orientated, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
