Our Title Clerk is Responsible for maintaining in state & out of state title work for recreational vehicles (RVs) and contributing to the administrative workflow as necessary.Job Duties include:*Processes RV and/or auto tag and titles for our customers, all states to minimize tag & title corrections and reduce customer wait time. knowledge in the use of DDI for title processing.*Communicates with our finance department & customers throughout the tag and title process.*Copies & Packages paperwork to go to the SC Dept. of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV)*Assist sales and finance in providing accurate sales tax, tag and title fees for our customers.*Starts vehicle and chassis warranties.*Assists sales and finance in DMS inputs, cash sales, and other tasks as needed.*Answers dealership telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate dept. using a multi-line telephone system when needed. Will back up dealership reception, parts and/or warranty as required.-Our ideal candidate has RV tag and title experience and excellent computer, writing and customer service skills.-This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work Saturdays.-We have excellent benefits and bonus programs for our employees!
