  • Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates
  • Collect and verify customer information and documentation
  • Verify that all paperwork is complete and accurate before submitting it to the DMV
  • Maintain accurate records of all DMV transactions
  • Resolve any issues that arise with DMV transactions
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to DMV regulations and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience processing vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates
  • Strong understanding of DMV regulations and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
