Description:
This position will provide Quality Assurance, both independent and franchise. The purpose of QA Specialist is to ensure the documents under assessment are compliant with all state titling laws and SC DMV standards.
A QA Specialist's role will require strong attention to detail, combined with being a self-starter who is goal oriented to complete work in a timely manner. Automotive transactions will be reviewed for accuracy; working quickly and correctly will be essential to meet daily goals.
This position will primarily be remote, but there is on-site availability if preferred or needed. Initial, 1-2 week training period will be on site in our Columbia Office.
Qualified candidates will be expected to:
*Ensure all received electronic documents have been completed as required by State Law as well as the Company Policies and Procedures.
*Maintain a working knowledge of policies, procedures and basic automotive title laws.
*Effectively work within a website to review the accuracy of data and documentation electronically.
*Work independently as well with members of the team.
*Adhere to a high level of Service Excellence standards.
*Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
*Minimum high school diploma or GED Equivalent.
*Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
*Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to perform accurate work without direct supervision.
*Self-motivation is essential to performing at a high level.
*Previous vehicle title work preferred, but not required.
*Maintain a professional, team-oriented working relationship with fellow employees.
*Follow written and verbal procedures as directed by Supervisor.
* Professional appearance and work ethic.
*Experience working within the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate websites effectively.
