Job Description We're looking for a Title Clerk (Part-Time role with Full-Time Hours) in Houston, Texas and is considered a fully on-site role. The Opportunity: In this role you'll :
  • Be responsible for processing vehicle titles accurately and efficiently, and in accordance with company and state agency requirements.
  • Collect, review and process titles and/or Bill of Sales and Power of Attorneys for assets that transact on the company marketplaces (standard, salvage, rebuilt, etc.).
  • Perform lien/UCC searches for assets listed on the company marketplaces to ensure clean and proper transfer of ownership and required payoffs to potential lenders or third parties.
  • Handle administrative office functions such as data entry, title tracking, word processing, filing, copying, scanning, shredding, etc.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Here's what you bring:
  • HS Graduate (or GED), some college preferred.
  • Highly organized.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • DMV/title background preferred.
