As the Title Curative Specialist you will clear any and all defects in title within required Client SLA's, communicating any expected delays. You will communicate with clients, consumers and third parties to obtain all necessary documentation and information to resolve curative matters raised on the title commitment.As a Level II Specialist you are able to make risk assessments independently and determine if escalation is required. You are expected to know how to resolve low to mid-tier risk level curative issues autonomously.
