As an Order Support Representative I, here at Bio-Rad, your day will consist of interacting with customers, sales representatives, and other individuals to handle several different pre-sales and post-sales service functions, with a focus on fulfilling customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
How You'll Make An Impact:
* Responsible for the end-to-end order fulfillment processes for orders received via EDI, BRC, fax and/or email.
* Review & process sales orders following business guidelines including but not limited to new order generation, change orders, and pending orders.
* Maintain accurate order records.
* Monitor customer orders and keep customers informed of order status.
* Researches and resolves accounting, pricing, and shipping issues.
* Escalates issues as appropriate.
* Additional tasks, as assigned by Supervisor.
What You Bring:
* High school diploma. Some college coursework preferred.
* 2+ years' experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment.
* People and Phone Skills.
* High quality customer service skills.
* Basic understanding of customer relationship managemen
* Accurate data entry, general computer skills, organizational skills.
* Ability to quickly learn and comprehend product knowledge.
Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $16.10 to $27.60 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
