Effectively supervises and manages all off premise operations to give the Friday's experience no matter where our guests are enjoying their Friday's order. Develops a team that always ensures food quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly answering incoming calls to the restaurant. No one likes a ringing phone!
* Managing the flow of guests and letting your leadership shine when communicating with hosts, expeditor, managers, well, basically everyone.
* Ensuring all orders are quickly transferred to curbside guests and our 3rd party delivery partners with 100% accuracy.
* Able to be enthusiastic when taking orders, keeping up the high standards, and generally creating a lot of happy guests.
* Understand the importance of accuracy, safety, and truly making the guest feel satisfied.
* Accurately ring in all orders into the POS system.
* Ensure all carry out orders are packaged perfectly, special instructions verified following Company Brand Standards.
* ID all guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger (where allowed).
* Follow all relevant brand standards to deliver the Fridays Experience.
* Able to carry a natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive.
* Able to articulate clear order taking, as well as being able to understand guest's request to modify food items.
* Able to clearly communicate guest's needs to the entire team. The host, expeditor, 3rd party partners, and managers.
* Operate POS system, make change correctly and make credit card transactions accurately.
* Ability to stay calm when responding to dissatisfied guests and notify a manager when you need backup.
* Able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests. Simple, but very important to making guests feel welcome.
* Responsible for ensuring all carry out orders are 100% accurate

* Assists in meeting/exceeding Company Standard Guest Satisfaction Scores
* Assists in maintaining Company Standard Off Premise Defects
* Assists in maintaining Company Standard Promise Times
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
* College degree preferred
* Minimum of 6 months experience working in a full-service restaurant
* Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions
* Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
* Frequent bending and stooping required
* Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
* Must be able to read and write English
* Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
Base Wage Minimum Long Island, Westchester, and New York City: $15.00
Base Wage Minimum remainder of New York State: $14.20
