This is what your day could look like as a specialist with our early learning centers:

- You will be supporting seven locations throughout Northern Nevada, including locations in Ely and Winnemucca.
- Our students range from 6 weeks to 5 years and are generally grouped into six age-based classes; behavior specialists are expected, however, to be able to work independently and as a team with all age groups.
QualificationsWe have great leaders that can teach you skills on the job, but there are some actions and goals that will make you more successful as a specialist with us.

- You have dual CDA-s, or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- You know that child care settings have more to do than educate, so you greet each child by name and take an interest in their families and lives.
- You want to do more than just work; you want a role that gives back and supports the community.
- You believe that uniqueness should be celebrated and support including all persons, regardless of background or beliefs.
- You respect your team and communicate when you are experiencing difficulty meeting responsibilities.
- Experience with MS Word and Brightwheel are also preferred.
As part of our commitment to child and member safety, there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete.
