Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust be able to troubleshoot conditions in a production settingPerform die set operationsPerform PM's on metal stamping diesPerform quality checksPerform other duties as requiredComplete all required and applicable training required by Adient and its customers.Education / Experience / Skills High School Education or Equivalent (GED)AccountabilitiesThis position reports directly to the Tooling Supervisor who is responsible for their department.QualificationsJourneyman Tool and Die Card from the Department of Labor preferred.Experience working in a sheet metal stamping facilityExperience with large transfer and progressive dies a plusAble to lift 40 lbs. frequently depending upon reworkStanding 8 or more hours, walking to assist in seat build, rework, etc.Ability to solve problems and work with support personnelCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust be able to meet the requirements of being able to work in the United States (INS Form I-9).EHS RequirementsAdhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental StandardsReport occupational injuries, illnesses and accidentsReport hazardous, unsafe and unhealthy conditionsPRIMARY LOCATIONBattle Creek Seating Component
