Tool & Die Technician I (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)Who we are looking for:We are currently searching for a Tool & Die Technician I to be based out of Thomasville, GA. Reporting to the Maintenance Shift Lead, the Tool & Die Technician will be responsible for changing all head tooling, cleaning all tooling components properly and performing basic troubleshooting skills on support systems.What you'll do:Tool & Die Technicians' responsibilities include, but are not limited to:•Maintain tooling in acceptable working condition•Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals•Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediatelyWhat you'll bring:•High School diploma or equivalent•Machine operation or mechanical skill set experience.•Knowledge of steel or manufacturing processes desired•Able to lift 50 pounds unassistedWithin 3 months, you'll:•Complete any required training•Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role.•Be well-versed in Atkore's Business System and the importance of your role to daily operationsWho we are:Atkore is a four-time Great Place to Work© certified company and a two-time Top Workplaces USA award winner!
