This includes processing orders, receipts, putting items away, charging items out, and cycle counting. This job will require the use of a computer, lifting of parts and utilizing material handling equipment.Your ResponsibilitiesReview of reports and verification of product removed from the tool crib.Run negative balance report and investigate issues.Verify product to packing slip, print labels, put items away, and receive in CMS all incoming product.Maintain organization and cleanliness of the tool cribMaintain MRO crib and ensure all product is ordered and stocked per requirements.Run MRP and process orders to suppliers.Monitor delivery performance for suppliers.Follow up on outstanding orders, expedite as necessary.Who we are looking forHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Attention to detail.Commitment to teamwork.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction.Exceptional ability to work with others; build and maintain positive employee relations.Able to prepare, read and interpret written reports, correspondence, instructions, procedures, and guidelines.Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, suppliers, and customers.Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Able to work flexible hours and overtime as required.Your preferred qualificationsWhat we offerAt Magna, you can expect an engaging and dynamic environment where you can help to develop industry-leading automotive technologies.
