What would you do as a Tool & Die Maker As a new Tool & Die Maker at Placon Corporation, you can expect hands-on training and mentorship to help you hit the ground running. Your days will be filled with exciting opportunities to assist in the tool making processes, collaborate with experienced team members, and contribute to innovative projects. Expect to work a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, from 6 am to 6 pm or 12 pm to 12 am, two days on, two days off, providing you with a work-life balance that keeps you energized and focused. What matters most To excel as an Tool & Die Maker at Placon Corporation, you'll need a certificate in Machine Tool Operations or a related field, paired with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Alternatively, equivalent machine tool experience in tool fabrication, maintenance, or a machine shop will be valuable. Proficiency in English is essential for training, safety, and quality purposes.
