What we offer you:4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hour workdays, 8 hours each day is regular pay, 3 hours each day is time and a half. Rate of pay is $29.32 hour, increases based on your performance, your gained knowledge and when you get a pay increase. Die Maker, Metal, Maker
