We are seeking Tool Die Makers. This position is located at our Greeneville, Tennessee facility. This position will be working with tooling for preventive maintenance, repairing and building of tools such as but not limited to drawing, forming and bending dies, and additionally learning how to diagnose production issues related to tooling as it resides in the press or machine. We offer a competitive wage and comprehensive benefit package which includes: • Paid vacation days • Paid holidays • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Wellness Program • 401 K with company match • Pet Insurance • Employee Assistance Program RequirementsThe ideal candidate should possess the following skills: • Associate degree or Certification in a Mechanical discipline recommended. • Must be able to read basic blueprints and other schematics. • Must understand basic use and care of precision measurement equipment. • Must have good communication skills in order to work with supervisors and other coworkers. • 80% or higher Ramsay Multicraft Aptitude Test score • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects. Primary Responsibilities Include: • Preventative maintenance on equipment components. • Major and minor die repair work. • Troubleshoot machine problems. • Responsible for operating the equipment such as but not limited to Grinders, Drill Presses, Lathes, Saws, Milling Machine, Welding equipment and other equipment found in a machine shop. • Program and operate CNC equipment such as but not limited to machining centers.
