This is a temp-to-hire opportunity â apply today!Details:Shifts: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 12:00 AMPay: $21-$34/hour (based on experience)Benefits: Weekly competitive pay and options for Medical, Dental, STD, and Life InsuranceResponsibilities:Operate various machines: lathes, mills, grinders, and sawsInterpret blueprints/CAD drawings to create and modify tools, fixtures, and partsEnsure product quality through precision measurements (micrometers, calipers)Document work in the ERP system and perform to AS9100 and NADCAP standardsMaintain a clean, safe workspace; adhere to company policiesRequirements:Experience: Minimum 3 years in Tool Making, preferably in aerospace manufacturingEducation: High school diploma or GED; trade school/apprenticeship preferredSkills: Strong math (geometry/trigonometry), critical thinking, troubleshootingPhysical: Able to lift 35 lbs, stand most of the shift, and use cranes/lifting equipment as neededDependable, safety-oriented, and collaborativeStrong communication and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
