Job Description:
Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Tool Maker to join their Delano team.This role supports manufacturing by building molds, fixtures and related tools, completing repairs and revising design specifications as needed.As a valued Trelleborg team member, you will enjoy:•Greater opportunity for impact•Competitive compensation•Generous benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k•Paid time off•Quarterly BonusQualifications:Required:•High School Diploma or equivalent•2 years tool making experience •Experience with CNC machining, both set up and operationDesired:•2-year technical degree in Machine Tool Trades/Tool and Die •Experience with CAD/CAM programmingResponsibilities:Set up and operate Tool Room equipment to manufacture, repair and revise components for molds, fixtures, and related tools in a safe and timely manner•Ensures tooling is manufactured to build plans that allow for proper fit and assembly to final design specifications•Uses CAD/CAM technology to analyze and interpret design intent •Monitors tooling resource queues utilizing MRP systems to ensure operations are completed on time•Informs the appropriate stakeholders of any expected delays or potential impacts to tool performance or delivery•Inspects machined components and records dimensional data•Troubleshoot and repair molds (silicone & thermoplastic)Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
