For additional information about our company visit our website at www.stingerbridgeandiron.com POSITION SCOPE The Tool Room Supervisor is a safety, sensitive position that l eads by example and shows up on time fit for duty everyday. Manages inventory and assigns tasks to tool room personnel daily. Supervises and ensures proper company procedures being adhered to. Inventory management and completing mandatory daily report communications. Room to grow into larger roles within company. PRIMARY DUTIES
- Must be able to maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Be able to work in hot and cold environments for long periods of time.
- Able to work in very fast paced environment.
- Able to stand majority of shift from 8-12 hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is required.
- Mon-Sat work availability required.
- Ability to work OT as necessary and assigned.
- Other duties as assigned
BACKGROUND
- Applicant must be at least 21 years old
- Prefer some previous supervisor experience, small tool repair experience and warehouse/forklift experience.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Basic Computer Skills Required (Email, Smart Phone, Excel)
- Team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude and high regard for safety and reliability
- Acceptable MVR in accordance with Stinger Bridge & Iron's Company Vehicle Program policy is required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test is required
