Introduction to the jobThe Tooling Inventory Control Administrator is responsible for maintaining safety stock of Process Tooling. You are expected to keep safety stock of specialty tooling that is process specific and can be damaged, lost, or worn. You must administer refurbishments and replacementpurchases, and assist with tracking and tracing existing and new processes tooling documentation. You are a team player who prioritizes the success of team members just as much as personal success.As a member of the Optical Fabrication Production Support Team, you must display a structured systematic problem-solving approach, innovative problem resolution, and encourage new ideas and ways of thinking to maintain and enhance processes.You must be able to work and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (Peers, Production Operations, Engineering) as well as suppliers.ASML Core Values; a must behavior to possess in your way of working and mindset.Care - Challenge - Collaborate.Role and responsibilitiesTooling Administrator and Inventory ControlThis is an on-site position, Monday to Friday dayshift 6am - 2:30pmMaintain safety stock of process toolingAssist operations and engineering with registering process tools for safety stock inventory control and tracking and maintaining all accompanying documentationPerform inventory checksManage and update weekly reports and order statusesMaintain inventory storage locationsSend out tooling for refurbishmentUpdate inventory for those no longer active in requiring safety stockAdd new process toolsProvide offsite storage support from documentation to packagingEnsure Production Support Team succeeds at supporting Optical Fabrication operations.Education and experience*The position requires at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with prior inventory control responsibilities*Associate degree or equivalent, preferably Business or Manufacturing related.*LEAN manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience is a plus*Strong computer proficiency with MS Outlook 365 applications specifically Excel, with knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP system.*Familiarity with working in ISO9001Skills*Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures in an industrial environment under minimal supervision.*Proven manufacturing operation acumen.*Strong interpersonal and communication skills*Self-starter attitude*Strong attention to detail and care, communication and documentation*Highly organized; including follow through, documentation management, physical inventory and house keeping*Can work independently effectively with little to no directionOther informationYou will be required to wear PPE and embrace ASML 5S requirements.Occasional overtime may be neededTypically handles parts that could weigh up to 35 poundsRoutinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.Must be able to work in a moderate to high noise level environment in a temperature-controlled environmentAbility to work in a cleanroom, upon occasional need. This includes wearing the full bunny suit and PPE.Occasional travel may be requiredThis position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
