As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world's energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.Job Summary:The Tooling Digital Operations Specialist I contributes to the global fulfilment process of tools by providing direction and direct contribution to: order fulfilment, systems support, data quality, global KPI maintenance, order tracking and other operational activities for the Tooling Global Operations Team. The Tooling Digital Operations Specialist I will perform some or all of the functions below in addition to other duties that may be assigned. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for driving assigned tool centers to Global Tooling KPIs and supporting metricsResponsible for providing business intelligence with reference to tooling fulfillment and management to assigned tool centers and regionProvides guidance and overall platform support to assigned tool centers and other stakeholders for all tooling digital platformsConnects with vendors to obtain and negotiate quotes for digital operations projects at direction of management teamPartners with Quality team to assist in analysis to support Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and other onsite Quality measuresWorks closely with tool centers to gain operational understanding and develop field driven digital operations processesUtilizes data and subsequent analysis to assist in fulfillment disputes and escalations as required by global operations teamWorks directly with SAP Ariba to provide technical support to tool centers and escalate when necessary to sourcing teamWorks directly with SAP ETM to provide technical guidance to tool centers and escalate when necessary to ERP Support TeamWorks directly with Sales Force to provide real time analysis and technical guidance to tool centers and escalate when necessary to Sales Force Support TeamWorks on Global Projects at direction of Global Tooling Operations Director and Global Tooling Operations ManagerTravel may be requiredAbility and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignmentsProvide general operations and guidance to Tooling Coordinators, Facility Managers and Logistics team as necessaryCoordinates testing of all major digital platform enhancementsRequired Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or four years of equivalent industry experienceAt least 2 years of practical SAP ExperienceAt least 2 years of practical Sales Force ExperienceExperience in advanced excel as well as pivot tablesExperience leading cross functional projectsDesired Characteristics:Highly familiar with Tooling ETM (Enterprise Tooling Management)Highly familiar with FieldCore Sales Force (Service Manager Work Bench)Degree in Business Administration or Computer ScienceAbility to effectively interface with executive leadershipAbility to work independently when needed with little directionFieldCore is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
