Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general plan administration such as processing invoices, regular plan audits, ensure data is properly submitted to vendors and the HRIS system.
  • Assists in developing materials and responds to employee questions regarding all total rewards programs.
  • Coordinates the flow of data within department systems (Paylocity and SuccessFactors). Conduct regular audits for accuracy.
  • Assists with the annual benefits open enrollment and annual salary review and bonus administration.
  • Provide support to internal customers and retirees with benefit plan questions.
  • Coordinate COBRA Administration process.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits mail both email and regular mail, responding in a timely manner and elevating to senior staff for effective handling as needed.
  • Assists in gathering information and preparing annual surveys and additional ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the Total Rewards team. Inputs data into any and all HRIS/Payroll/compensation systems and reviews output for accuracy
  • Assists with creating and distributing all employee communications with regard to Total Reward Summaries.
  • Provides on-demand system reporting as needed, along with scheduled reporting.
  • Manages legal and compliance requests for HR data, with a strong focus on privacy and employee information security (ex: 5500s, Medicare D Notices and filing etc.).
  • Monitors/Audits onboarding and offboarding of employees benefit enrollment
  • Works closely with payroll and human resources team as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and FAQs.
  • Help maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and other internal systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time management) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules based on evolving organizational needs.

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field
  • 1-3 years HR administration experience, preferable in compensation, HRIS, payroll and/or benefits
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in technical solutions, team collaboration, and efficient task management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including a deep understanding of functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail, high level of discretion with private data
