Job Description:
The candidate will be able to work without direction and without the assistance of field service in troubleshooting and repair of systems and equipment.This person needs to be professional in attitude, appearance and communication always as they will be required to interface directly with the customer when issues arise.They will present to the customer that our client is the leader in TGCM activities and knowledge. The role requires a person to be able to find the root cause of issues and determine the appropriate and proper actions to fully resolve the situation across all systems involved or similar.The ability to communicate the diagnostic approach and results as well as document the findings of issues in a 5-Why, 8D or other analysis methodologies.Taking the findings or solutions to problems will need to be communicated out to the team and documentation will need to be changed or originated so the issue does not repeat itself.Responses to issues must be prompt and contact availability needs to be available 24/7 in case of serious issues, which cannot be resolved by on-shift staff. Training of the staff will be required to familiarize, expand and instill knowledge of gas systems across the Gas Team.The Specialist will be looked upon as the 'Content Expert' in all gas system issues. They will be responsible for all maintenance planning, maintenance suggestions/plans and maintenance training for other Team members.The 'Content Expert' will advise the customer of changes/additions/subtractions of preventive maintenance and create plans for issues that require emergency response.Reporting of performance to the customer will be identified, tracked and reported. Communication of KPIs always needs to be clear and professionally presented.Base pay of $100-$110k plus a lump sum relocation and bonuses.
