Implements wellness activities that create awareness, motivation and provides tools to employees that help them adapt and maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. FORTUNE Magazine recognized TDIndustries as one of the 100 Best Places to Work , Top 50 Training Organizations and Top 30 Companies to Retire From due to our solid commitment to the personal and professional development of each employee.Essential DutiesCoordinates, manages, and maintains the company's wellness program to reduce health risk, medical costs and encourage healthy lifestyles.Answers employee questions regarding benefits and the wellness program.Assists in drafting employee communications with respect to the wellness program to provide continuing education.Implements wellness related activities. Examples include: health screenings, lunch and learn seminars, bloodmobile, flu-shots, fitness classes, etc.Responsible for gathering and analyzing data to measure success of the wellness program and initiatives.Keeps abreast of current wellness initiatives and activities, developing a network of reasources and contacts to use as needed. Explores ideas and opportunities to personalize the program and increase employee participation.Manages and tracks monthly billings and premium payments.Plans and organizes vendor presentations and education.Coordinates and provides input to policies and programs related to the company's wellness program.Other duties as required.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.2-5 years of experience in human resourcesMust have some experience with a major HRIS system.Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish).Strong attention to detail.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidential documents and information.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time under tight deadlines.TDIndustries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
