We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tour Coordinator Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tour Coordinator Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our Tour Coordinators in the administrative part of their jobs. Tour Coordinators have assigned groups and are responsible for putting the group's itinerary together. That includes requesting and confirming all aspects of the trip including all the attractions and meals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Placing and receiving calls
  • Responding to questions from clients concerning accounts, itineraries, and attractions
  • Verifying contracts and payments
  • Creating flyers, spreadsheets, and other documents
  • Mailing and emailing documents to clients.
  • Booking attractions
  • Purchasing tickets over the internet
  • Occasionally attend Houston area parent meetings and assist in airport departures before and after hours.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position that could lead to advancement.

Qualifications:

  • In the office, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years' experience in Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
