We are in the need of hiring for Human Resources Assistant. About the Position Working in the position of Tower Technician, this individual is responsible for executing all objectives involved with an L&A or Tower scope on site. They are the key individuals relied upon to build and maintain carrier networks. This individual reports directly back to the Tower Foreman or Crew Lead on site. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Creating material lists and pulling needed materials Project planning and layout Logistical planning and execution Site Safety Decommissioning old and retired equipment/assets AC/DC panel/buss terminations Alarming configuration Site Troubleshooting Site cleanliness and final presentation Qualifications Must be 18+ years of age. Current NWSA TTT1 / TTT2 / Foreman Certification a MUST OSHA 10/30 Certification a MUST Must possess a current valid driver's license. Knowledge of various carrier installs (AT&T, Verizon, TMO, etc.) Experience building with multiple carrier OEMs a must. Civil experience (concrete work) preferred but not required. Must have experience in Macro and small cell applications. Must be willing to undergo and pass background checks for certain project assignments. Why should you join our team? Our team is growing!
