DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare items according to recipes and guidelines
- Rotate stock
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized
- Ensure product quality
- Prepare and serve items in a timely manner
- Conduct food temperature checks and complete reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 17 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- One year of cooking experience preferred with working knowledge of restaurant equipment
- Must have a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
