Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Toyota vehicles and their service requirements
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer applications for scheduling and record keeping
