RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help mentor, train and grow other technicians looking to move up.
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
- Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems per your Toyota Master Technician Certification Level
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a TOYOTA MASTER TECHNICIAN ALREADY.
- Show current ASE certifications.
- Have NC State Inspection license or able to receive it.
- Must have tools to be able to preform daily work.
- Comfortable with compensation based performance
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality.
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license
- Must be willing to submit to a background and drug check to employment.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
