**Job Title: TPM Technician**
**Job Description**
Assists and supports the development and implementation of TPM and LEAN manufacturing practices, preventative maintenance packages, work instructions, job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, operator safety checks, equipment documentation, and LOTO procedures. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate SOPs are at each machine and will physically place step-by-step sticker instructions on the machine/floor and surrounding areas to ensure the work area is safe and operation instructions are clear. They will also be responsible for general exterior machine cleanliness/appearance and are expected to clean up any major mess or dirt they encounter.

**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in NA, Arizona.
**Work Environment**
6AM - 2:30PM, with the possibility to move to a 5AM - 1:30PM shift if desired. The role requires walking or standing for 90% of the day and handling some parts of the shop that are not air-conditioned. The shop can be dirty, and parts of the job can be messy. Candidates must be comfortable with getting their hands dirty.
