Job Description:

Job Title: Track Admin Location - Deer Park or Houston, TX Role and Responsibilities •Monitor daily operation of Track software and infrastructure •Responsible for all Track master data entry •Responsible for all user IDs, passwords, profiles, and security configuration •Perform needed tasks and assist stakeholders with onboarding new vendors •Train and assist newly onboarded vendors with the transition to Track as needed upon Go Live •Ensure compliance of Track processing, procedures, and standards are being met •Working knowledge of vendor contracts to ensure all override requests are administered correctly •Navigate and utilize iQuest (Security database)obtain needed information and reports •Navigate and utilize SAPreports including remittance when requested by vendors, troubleshooting POs, WO/NWA, contact stakeholders in specific roles to assist and identify Area ID Approvers for Track •Voiding timesheets and resource unacceptance due to SAP rejectionsproviding data to vendors along with assistance when needed to troubleshoot & resolve •Processing complianceweekly processing status sent to all vendors including SAP rejections, Rejected Authorization, Not Allocated & Not Accepted hours.Some vendors may require this status 2-3 times per week to encourage compliance.Some vendors will require weekly Teams meetings/calls to assist in processing to meet compliance. •Report issues on the above during weekly Team meeting •Weekly Headcount Cleanup is performed on Wednesday •Run S-Expiration Reasons by Person report from Track •Make resources inactive based on expired RRF End Dates •Remove Default Assignments, Risk Attributes, and UD Field 1 (CP Class Code) •Run S-Labor Resource Extractutilized to identify active and inactive resources •Add Default Assignments, RRF End Dates, and CP Class Codes for Active Resources •Remove Default Assignments, RRF End Dates, and CP Class Codes for Inactive Resources Skills and Qualifications •Knowledge of Track application and processes •Awareness of support application SAP •Strong knowledge of MS suite Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.Understanding of contracts and procurement and accounts payable processes •Bachelors in any stream •Strong communications skills both verbal and written •Good interpersonal skills working with all levels ofthe business. •Strong accountability for team and individual deliverables •Good to advanced computer skills •Knowledge of Track, SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point •Knowledge of the Requisition To Pay process
