SUMMARY
Kilgore Companies, a Summit Materials LLC company, is looking for a Trackhoe Operator.
In this position you will primarily be responsible for safely operating a trackhoe to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes,backfill, demo concrete and asphalt roadways, properly grade ponds and other excavations, and load materials in a variety of heavy construction operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operate a trackhoe to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes, and grade in heavy construction operations.
* Maintain tools and equipment so that they are kept in good working order and are safe for use.
* Perform daily routine maintenance on the machine including lubrication and monitor needed repairs/service requirements.
* Operate other construction equipment as required.
* Perform a variety of general labor tasks as required for the job.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment you operate.
* Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
* 2-3 years previous experience operating a trackhoe required
