We are seeking a skilled and experienced TrackWise Consultant to join our team. The TrackWise Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of TrackWise software to support our business operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and deliver training to end-users.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for TrackWise system configuration.Configure and customize TrackWise software to meet the specific needs of the organization.Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.Provide end-user training and support for TrackWise system.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to TrackWise software.Stay current on industry best practices and new features of TrackWise software.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a TrackWise Consultant or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of TrackWise software and its modules.Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Job Type:
