Make your move to B&H today!Job Overview:The Trade Show Logistical Support team executes and manages the design plan for trade shows and other events, handles partner loan agreements, oversees production of booth signage, coordinates rentals and shipping for events and determines all target dates.Essential Responsibilities:Collaborate with Event team to create plans for upcoming events and enforce target dates in the planCreate design for booths at trade showsCoordinate loan agreements and signage and obtain necessary approvalsWork with shipping companies for best/cost-effective movement of display itemsArrange internet requirements and laptop support for eventsAct as point of contact for event staff when they are on the roadBasic working knowledge of video & audio signal routing and toolsSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong business relationship skillsUnderstanding of partner needs and how they may conflict or serve B&H needs/guidelinesStrong organizational skillsStrong problem-solving skillsMeticulously detailedExcel ProficientCanva and/or Photoshop ProficientKnowledge of cameras or other gear sold by B&H requiredPreferred Education, Experience and Licenses:Minimum 2-4 years' experience with trade show presentationsValid Driver's License requiredWork with exhibit contractors and unionsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
