Role Description
We are currently seeking a Trademark Paralegal - Part-time for a hybrid role at our location in New York, NY. As a Trademark Paralegal, you will be responsible for supporting our legal team in trademark-related matters. This is a part-time position with specific tasks which include conducting preliminary trademark searches and analyze search results to assess availability and potential conflicts. Assist with the preparation and filing of trademark applications, including gathering necessary documentation and information. Manage trademark docketing system to ensure all deadlines are met and appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner. Assist with trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring trademark filings and communicating with attorneys regarding potential infringements. Conduct trademark portfolio reviews and provide recommendations for portfolio management and strategy. Assist with trademark litigation matters, including discovery, document management, and trial preparation. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining client files, invoicing clients, and managing correspondence.
