Our client, a mid-size law firm in Manhattan, is looking to fill a Trademark Paralegal position.

In this role you'll prepare and oversee filing, prosecution and maintenance of intellectual property domestically and internationally. There is docket review and report preparation, correspondence with clients, counsel and outside counsel; drafting Office Action Responses, review of trademark specimens of use and conducting trademark in use investigations.

Must have:

• 5+ years of trademark paralegal experience from a law firm
• Familiarity with Clarivate or Corsearch products.

Salary is in the 100 to 125K range.
