We leverage AI and data analytics to connect banks and other financial institutions with qualified buyers for illiquid assets. As an early member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product and laying the foundation of our company. Responsibilities:

· Perform in-depth research on market trends, industries, products, or companies

· Review and summarize financial and business data

· Assist with the preparation and execution of trades and follow up on assignments

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities

· Maintain and analyze trading data to identify trends and offer insights

· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies

· Provide user-experience feedback to the development team

· Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes

· Overlook ad-hoc projects

Qualifications & Skills you must have:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

· Minimum of one year of professional experience (excluding internship) in banking or investment companies, specifically in managing or trading debt/credit or illiquid assets, or in loan analysis roles

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively work with business users

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

· Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects

· Curiosity to learn and implement technological solutions

· Strong accounting, finance, quantitative skills

· High integrity and discretion

· Quick learner, self-directed, and highly motivated

· Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
