Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Establishes productive/efficient working relationship with freight carriers and other concerned with moving freight.

* Learns and understands the Hunting Titan Export Compliance Procedures.

* Completes export documents such as commercial invoices, certificate of origins, SED's, SLI's, and Nafta's as well as does rate quotes for International shipping.

* Investigated shipper or consignee complaints regarding lost or damaged merchandise or shortages in shipment to determine responsibility.

* Completes Bill of Ladings for International shipments and arranges the shipping method.

* Completes daily acquisition and disposition records for explosives in accordance with the ATF's recordkeeping requirements.

* Schedules shipments to ensure compliance with interstate traffic laws and regulations and company policies.

* Completes receivers in M2M and verifies received shipments against the packing list document.

* Attends training classes for job specific instructions according to the DOT.

* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Must contain keyboard skills and contain knowledge of a variety of Microsoft programs.

* Able to communicate effectively both one on one and before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

* Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

* Able to write routine reports and correspondence.

* Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.

* Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

* Must obtain a valid certification within 90 days of employment from Hunting Titan's inhouse HazMat training course to be in compliance with ATF/DOT regulations.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance:

* Authorized to work in United States.

* Able to meet ATF & regulatory security requirements.

Work Environment / Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
