Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing team performance, ensuring service excellence, and upholding Extrity Services' commitment to security and professionalism. This position is located on a university medical campus working outside helping manage traffic flow.What You'll Be Doing:
- Implement and enforce traffic control procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor traffic flow and deter unauthorized activities.
- Maintain and report on the functionality of traffic control equipment.
- Respond promptly to traffic-related incidents, following established protocols.
- Document incidents accurately, preparing detailed reports.
- Assist with investigations by providing timely information.
- Adhere to the company's dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
- Demonstrate punctuality, arriving on time for assigned shifts.
- Conduct yourself courteously and professionally with all clients, visitors, and colleagues.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in conducting patrols, surveillance, and managing traffic incidents.
- Knowledge of traffic control equipment and its proper usage.
- Understanding of emergency protocols and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with access control procedures and identification verification.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures (not required).
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to be on your feet for prolonged periods.
- Ability and willingness to work outside managing traffic.
