The role: This is a full 360 recruitment consultant role where you will be responsible for managing the end to end cycle from sourcing jobs and sourcing candidates.
- The job involves business development, building relationships with clients, outbound emails and calling as well as nurturing existing client relations. As this is a sales career expect to be working in an environment that is very target-driven; you'll be competing with your co-workers to meet and exceed targets.

- 50% of the role is chasing leads, reaching out to hiring managers and clients who could be hiring and understanding their pain points to then sell Harnham's talent solutions.
