Responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing employees ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles effectively. Strong understanding of bank policies and procedures, operations, and regulations. - Serves as the primary trainer for frontline staff.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs including new hire orientation, ongoing training and specialized training sessions.
- Conducts ongoing training sessions using a variety of methods such as instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on activities.
- Provides one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
- Works collaboratively with Retail and Project Team towards implementation of automation and system updates.
- Provides excellent support to banking center staff by answering training related questions.
- Serves as the primary contact for banking center trainers.
- Stays up to date on and has a working knowledge of banking regulations, products, and services to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Meets regularly with the Training Department to discuss best practices, improve training methods, and ensure consistency across all aspects of the organization.
- Maintains accurate training records within the CSB Learning Management System
- Collaborates with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customer training solutions.
- Training needs are in a state of perpetual identification and change. This individual must be comfortable with, and adept at, adjusting to changing content of materials, concepts, and even job assignments within reasonable capacity.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, relevant four-year college degree preferred; a minimum of five years' experience as a CSR, CSR II, and/or Personal Banker required with preference given to prior experience as a trainer, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Summary of Employee Benefits:
