Job Purpose:

Providing data analysis, reporting, and insights to inform strategic planning and program performance improvement.

  • Highest level of confidentiality and access to information which unauthorized disclosure could be expected to have a severe or catastrophic adverse effect on organizational operations, organizational assets, or individuals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to career development programs, training initiatives, and employee performance.
  • Generates regular reports and dashboards to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborates with the Planning & Performance Management Analyst Specialist to assess the impact and ROI of career development initiatives.
  • Identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) and implements measurement methodologies.
  • Assists in the development and execution of strategic plans for career development programs.
  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness of data by maintaining databases and data systems.
  • Implements data quality control measures to prevent errors.
  • Participates in process improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of career development programs.
  • Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management and career development.
  • Conducts research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
  • Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
  • Performs any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent Training & Career Development.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Minimum 8 years related experience, covering HR Training & Performance operations in oil & gas sector organization.
  • Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
