We are looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to join our growing HR team and help build a comprehensive training, development and mentoring program.   • Innovate and Inspire: Develop and implement engaging training and development programs under the leadership of our HR Director.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with firm leaders to identify needs and create customized solutions.
  • Facilitate Learning: Conduct training both virtually and in-person using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Measure Success: Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them based on feedback.
  • Lead Initiatives: This role leverages instructional design techniques and technologies to provide training and mentoring programs that align with the organization's goals, mission and values.
  • Support HR: Assist with general HR functions and serve on committees as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Education, Communication, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience, with a preference for those familiar with AI technologies and previous experience in the AEC industry.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools commonly used in training and development.
    • Experience in both virtual and in-person training sessions, including technology, preparing collateral materials.
    • Manage training calendars, including booking venues, technology set up, arranging materials, moderating training events and coordinating with Practice Area Leaders and trainers.
    • Collaborate with trainers on instructional design to ensure training programs meet organizational goals
    • Analyze training needs, maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements for registered staff.
    • Support virtual and in-person training sessions for employees across the organization, stay abreast in training methods and learning styles that help meet organizational needs.
    • Develop a structured mentoring initiative that pairs experienced individuals with less experienced ones to provide guidance, support, and knowledge transfer.
  • Customer Focused: Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail while being customer-oriented.
  • Mobility: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight as required.
