Pay Range: $75 - $79/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training and communications for the ECTO buildout.
  • This role serves to support the buildout and execution of the training function within the Enterprise Change and Transformation Office.
  • The candidate will collaborate regularly with others in quality, methodology, risk, and governance to develop training content for technology change.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborating with team members to develop training content and communications for the e ECTO buildout.
  • Creating clear and effective training packages that promotes a common understanding of processes, procedures, and activities.
  • Developing communications appropriate for targeted audiences.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Training Content Development, Financial/ Banking Domain, Training Program experience.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5-7 years progressive related experience in either a consulting, project management, or training related role.
  • Understanding of project management framework and methodologies.
  • Highly developed training content creation, facilitation, and professional writing skills.
  • Experience in developing training content for large groups of stakeholders on processes, standards, and operational plans.
  • The ability to communicate with and influence others, conduct difficult negotiations and manage to stringent timelines for deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, delegate and problem-solve.
  • Demonstrated team player who can efficiently develop content and identify opportunities to enhance outcomes.
