DescriptionSIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000West Central Behavioral Health, the non-profit community behavioral health center serving lower Grafton County and Sullivan County, New Hampshire, is embarking on a four-year, transformational effort to become a federally-recognized Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. This will enable West Central to continue to provide high-quality, person- and family-centered mental and substance use disorder services to 10,000 underserved individuals of all ages, including our veterans, regardless of their ability to pay.West Central Behavioral Health is seeking applicants for the Training Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor position. This individual and will provide and coordinate clinical training activities for West Central and will coordinate and supervise internships and externships for students looking to gain work experience.The Training Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor is experienced in training and evaluating practitioners in providing community-based mental health services for children, teens, adults and families. Proficiency in supervising all aspects of service delivery from multidisciplinary team-based approachResponsibilities: (not a complete list):Orients all new clinical staff to clinical policies, procedures, and practices.Designs and conducts training for licensed clinicians and other professionals.Coordinates, evaluates, and supervises all workflows and protocols for assigned clinical student interns and new hires utilizing an evidence-based model of supervision.Develops and monitors training metrics to measure and improve the performance of individuals and teams.Markets Agency internship and fellowship opportunities to appropriate colleges and universities.Requirements Master's in Psychology, Social Work (or similar) from an accredited college or university preferred Possess a license MFT, LCSW, or equivalent) preferred Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience One year of training delivery Demonstrated skill and experience training providers in clinical skill development Knowledge of mental illness, substance use disorders
