Position Overview

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role on the team to operationalize priorities and propel our client's mission forward.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with members of our client's headquarters and field teams to ensure strong alignment and high adoption of their learning management system. The right candidate for this role is experienced in communications and driving results.

The Training Coordinator works under the Director of Sales Enablement and Marketing on the Field Operations team. This role's primary focus is to support the development and success of our client's advisors and to create and promote an excellent experience of their brand for prospects, clients, and their team.

The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working in new tech systems, and an excellent communicator – able to actively manage the coordination and execution of sales enablement projects to drive the success of our client's advisors and enhance their brand.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and configure learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, including courses, modules, assignments, and assigning user roles.
  • Provide technical support for the LMS, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
  • Assist with the design and development of new learning materials as needed, collaborating cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and design team.
  • Aid in the execution and efficiency of advisor development training sessions through administrative support functions like Zoom screen sharing, sending follow-up communications, and pre-reads.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports to track user engagement, course completion, and other key metrics to be shared with field leaders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to build content for the LMS related to advisor learning and development.
  • Support the delivery of marketing collateral such as posting social media content, videos, blogs, and webinars to increase brand awareness.
  • Execute key marketing tasks (updating tracking systems, headshots, etc.) and collaborate closely with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure consistency across various platforms.
  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure projects are completed with excellence in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with different systems & technology platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Has an interest in systems and softwares and can learn new platforms quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Docebo or a similar learning management platform.
  • Working knowledge of retail financial services products and the ability to apply that knowledge to work assignments. Preferably 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
