An international electronics group specializing in electronic test equipment, broadcast and media, cybersecurity, radio monitoring and radiolocation, and radiocommunication, seeks to hire a military veteran to run their training program in Columbia Maryland.The candidate will work closely with the Service team to facilitate training efforts, coordinate onboarding, develop curriculum, track progress and qualifications for employees, and other activities regarding training for service in North America. In this role, you will:- Provide guidance and set requirements for the training of Service Technicians- Establish, monitor, adjust training curriculum for Service Technician apprenticeship program- Shape and refine the onboarding process for Service personnel- Track and report on employee development plans- Establish a mechanism for tracking employee qualifications for positions within the Service DepartmentYour qualifications needed:- A degree in education or commensurate military experience- Strong communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft office products- Experience in developing curriculums- US Citizenship is requiredBase salary, $75 - $95K, variable pay (when applicable) plus comprehensive benefits, to include medical, dental, vision, a 401k, and flexible working hours.Continue your career trajectory and build upon your skillset with an employer who places a value in your veteran experience.
