Assign initial training on-shift, follow-up with both the trainer and trainee and report back on progress.Develop, track and report out all changes to the training matrix for all hourly employees at this location.Facilitate training and development documentation (capture all training in electronic file; update tracking & matrices; documentation filing & retention).Assist with required safety training & documentation (LOTO; PIT; AWP) for the plant.Work with HSE Manager to track ongoing progress of new hires and repeat offenders through the GPS (Guide to Personal Safety) ProgramParticipate and conduct onboarding trainingSpend time with each TWI Trainer and new hire+ on the production floor to verify training is progressing and assist in evaluation of ability across the plant (ie warehouse, maintenance and production)Maintain current training materials for trainer useCoordinate training opportunities in conjunction with scheduled OCO'sAssist in facilitation of risk assessments, hazard tours and participate in required safety training.QualificationsEducation :Associates degree requiredExperience:Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a similar environmentKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:ExcelWord Document (ability to write documents)Go Plant navigationIt is the policy of Knauf Insulation to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, protected veteran status or any other protected characteristic prohibited by applicable law.
