Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and engaging individual with a passion for sharing knowledge in public speaking environments. As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and ensuring the effectiveness of safety training programs for New River Electrical. This role reports directly to the Training Manager.

Qualifications
Travel
Overnight, and out of state travel is expected; however, the percentage of travel and/or commute for this position is dependent upon current place of residence. This position will predominately work in and around the Roanoke, VA area. Travel and commuting times/days can be discussed further.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and give speeches in a public setting and have good hearing and listening skills. The employee is required to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. The employee must have good overall health and work into the evening hours when the situation requires.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but could include night and weekend activity, based on circumstances.
