DescriptionLocation: Manufacturing Plant - YoungstownSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - flexibility is a must for potential classes at nightCompensation: Based on ExperienceAbout the Role:We're looking for a dynamic, motivated Training Coordinator to join our team at a fast-paced manufacturing plant! This long-term contract role will have you leading training sessions for adult learners, helping them build essential skills for success on the shop floor. You'll be a key player in driving employee development, so an ability to engage and teach with energy is a must!Key Responsibilities:+ Lead Training Sessions: Teach adult learners on various manufacturing processes and systems.+ Excel Expertise: Conduct training on Excel, with a focus on advanced features like Pivot Tables, to improve efficiency and reporting.+ Develop & Track Training Progress: Ensure employees are meeting training goals and provide feedback to improve performance.+ Collaborate Across Teams: Work with HR and other departments to align training with company needs.Qualifications:+ Proven experience in teaching or training adults-experience in a manufacturing or technical environment a plus.+ Strong Excel skills, with experience using Pivot Tables.+ HR background or experience with workforce development is a plus.+ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.+ Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.Ready to take on a challenging, rewarding role?
