Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify, develop and implement relevant content to meet the organization's training needs and objectives
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and facilitating all training events including recording/edit and posting all related information as well as ensuring that learning objectives are met, and participants are engaged
- Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure project success, including successful integration of projects and their dependencies.
- Liaison with instructors and other Echelons - PAC and HQ training Departments; information exchange on all training and relevant programs
- Generate monthly presentations for 1.0 deputies detailing training completed, upcoming sessions, Udemy participation, and metrics segmented by both monthly performance and competency areas
- Write content and develop and maintain pages for SharePoint-based website, aimed to assist 1.0 Financial Team
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other assessment methods
- Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance records, training materials, and certifications in eDACM for continuous learning hours
- Maintain continual edits of PowerPoints, brochures, and other communications deliverables for grammar, style, and clarity
- Maintain and perform continual buildouts on various SharePoint sites
- Schedule and facilitate 1.0 Workforce Development Strategic Plan monthly meetings
- Ensures that training logistics, materials, and schedules are accurate and organized
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or a similar role
- Strong ability to coordinate schedules, manage training logistics, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey training content and coordinate with trainers and participants
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite, LMS, and virtual training tools like Zoom, Teams, or WebEx
- Ability to assess training needs, analyze feedback, and implement improvements based on evaluation data
- Ability to respond to changes and challenges in training delivery and to troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Strong relationship-building skills to engage effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders
- Demonstrates a focus on measuring training effectiveness and continually improving the training process
- Understanding of instructional methods and learning technology
- Familiarity with compliance and industry regulations as they relate to training
- Ability obtain Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in training, instructional design, or HR (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP) can be a plus.
